Owner, Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor

Brittany Schroeder, PT, DPT

Dr. Britt specializes in chronic pelvic pain and complex movement-related conditions using a holistic, movement-based approach to care. She integrates dry needling, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and neurobiomechanics to address the nervous system, movement patterns, and whole-body contributors to pain and dysfunction. Britt is passionate about helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies, restore efficient movement, and create lasting change beyond symptom management.

Great fit for: Chronic pelvic pain, ongoing symptoms, advanced rehab progressions, movement-based healing, Pilates-based rehab, neuro-informed care, dry needling, and nervous system–aware movement strategies.

Clinical Director of Physical Therapy

Lisa Lenhart, PT

Lisa brings over 35 years of physical therapy experience with a strong background in orthopedics and pelvic health. She specializes in hands-on care including visceral mobilization, and works closely with clients managing complex musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions. Lisa is known for her thoughtful, compassionate approach and her ability to help clients translate therapy into improved daily function and movement confidence.

Great fit for: Pelvic health conditions across the lifespan, male pelvic floor, complex presentations, orthopedic and post-surgical recovery, visceral mobilization needs, and clients seeking highly experienced clinical care.

Pilates Instructor

Megan Katz

Megan brings over a decade of experience teaching Pilates and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and ease in their movement. After using Pilates in her own life to overcome instability and chronic pain, she developed a teaching style that emphasizes body awareness, efficient movement patterns, and supportive progressions.

 

Megan loves working with clients at all levels and specializes in helping people feel successful, capable, and empowered in their practice.

Great fit for: Returning from physical therapy, new to Pilates, building movement confidence, refining technique, and long-term consistency.
