At Core Moves, we believe Pilates is for everyone—regardless of body type, age, ability, or experience. Our Pilates studio in Victorian Village offers thoughtfully designed classes rooted in our expertise as pelvic floor physical therapists, supporting both pelvic health and whole-body wellness.
Unlike traditional fitness studios, our Pilates program is deeply informed by rehabilitation principles. We specialize in working with individuals managing medical conditions, chronic pain, or movement challenges, helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
Our Pilates studio works alongside our pelvic floor physical therapy clinic in Columbus, creating a unique bridge between rehabilitation and community fitness. We offer private Pilates sessions and small group classes designed with the treatment of chronic pelvic pain, core dysfunction, and movement recovery in mind. Our goal is to help clients safely transition from rehabilitation into a sustainable lifestyle that includes movement, strength, and fitness—without triggering symptom flares.
To ensure individualized support, our classes are capped at just five participants. This allows our instructors to provide personalized attention in a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment. Whether you're beginning your Pilates journey, returning after injury, transitioning from physical therapy to independent exercise, or simply seeking mindful movement, you’ll find a supportive community here.
If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a few private Pilates sessions to build confidence and familiarity with the method before joining group classes.
