Join us for our 50-minute small group class of exercises specifically tailored to support the perimenopause phase of life with expert-led weight training and Pilates for a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Experience personalized attention and guidance in a supportive environment designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A forfeiture of class credit may apply for late cancellations and missed classes (group Pilates). A 50% fee may apply for late cancellations and missed appointments (PT or private Pilates sessions). The full service fee may apply if there has been more than one missed appointment.
