Service Description
You’ve spent your life caring for others—now it’s your turn. You’re ready to prioritize your health, but unsure where to start. How do you exercise without injury? Manage hot flashes, joint pain, poor sleep, or brain fog? Who can you trust for real guidance? This workshop is your first step toward a healthier, more confident you. In this workshop, you’ll learn: ✅ Common menopause symptoms—and how exercise can help ✅ The most effective types of exercise during this transition ✅ How to move safely, even with pain ✅ Ways to support pelvic health during menopause ✅ How to find providers for medical symptom management

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A forfeiture of class credit may apply for late cancellations and missed classes (group Pilates). A 50% fee may apply for late cancellations and missed appointments (PT or private Pilates sessions). The full service fee may apply if there has been more than one missed appointment.
